Update (Mon-Wed)

A quick update...

I worked out for an hour on Monday and Tuesday. Nothing yesterday- I was too busy doing taxes. I have kept my calories under 1500 every day.

EXCITING NEWS- Monday I weighed in and for the first time in 6 years, I am officially under 200 lbs!!!!!
